Fantastic opportunity for a strong HR Project Officer with previous experience integrating HR policies into large scale companies to join my client based in Mid Kent on a full-time temporary basis. Hours for this position are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Your duties will include:

• Cultivate trust with project managers, gaining deep insights into our business areas and priorities.
• Lead HR-specific initiatives, navigating TUPE changes and wider cultural impacts with finesse and legal compliance.
• Apply organisational policies and procedures with a customer-centric approach, aligning with employment legislation and best practices.
• Provide invaluable guidance to managers, facilitating their understanding of HR policies through coaching and workshops.
• Analyse workforce data to develop robust business plans that propel us towards our objectives.
• Work closely with senior management to identify and address project-specific workforce challenges, fostering capability and confidence.
• Concept Development: Explore and develop change initiatives, ensuring they align with organisational strategies and evidence-based practices.
• Coach leaders on various HR matters, from organisational development to sustainable structures.

The successful candidate will have:

• Solid understanding of HR practices, employment law, and terms and conditions.
• Proven experience in handling TUPE cases from inception to completion
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to establish trusting relationships with senior management and HR colleagues.
• Skill in managing change and achieving successful outcomes.
• Strong administrative skills and an enjoyment of administration work
• A highly organised approach to work
• A meticulous attention to detail
• A great attitude and sense of humour
