Reward Consultant - 39393 - GBP22.17/hr Umbrella

Do you have experience in a HR customer facing / rewards role, and are you seeking a new contract in Coventry? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Reward Consultant, and the role comes with an umbrella contract rate of GBP22.17/hr (Inside IR35).

This customer focused role sits in a specialist team in the HR Shared Service and will primarily resolve customer enquiries, specifically relating to reward matters, and be responsible for the delivery of global and UK reward processes. Working closely with key business stakeholders, you will proactively keep documentation up to date, implement approved changes and continuously seek improvements to deliver effective and efficient reward support to the business.

In your first few weeks in this Reward Consultant role, you can expect to:

• Support with the delivery of the annual salary review and bonus process
• Coordinate and deliver the company's job evaluation, downgrade and stand in process continually looking for improvements
• Act as a reliable source for internal and external reward benchmarking data
• Work closely with the recruitment teams ensuring efficient processes and training are in place.

• Experience in a reward role
• Intermediate-advanced Excel skills
• Experience in an HR customer-facing role
• Previous experience of working in HR Customer Service role at a similar level
• Experience working with and updating HR people management systems
• Outstanding analytical understanding and expertise, with close attention to detail.
