Salary: Up to £20,000 depending on experience
Duration: 6 months Fixed Term Contract - Strong possibility of going permanent
Working Hours: 24 hours per week based on 4 days - 6 hours per day - Very Flexible.
Main Responsibilities to include:
- Process direct payments in compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
- Develop and manage staff rotas and timetables, balancing employee availability and business needs.
- Streamline HR processes and develop efficient systems to ensure optimal workflow.
- Maintain accurate records and files related to scheduling, attendance, and HR information.
- Collaborate with and support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects.
- Provide effective communication to employees, both through phone and face-to-face interactions.
- Foster a positive work environment by ensuring clear communication and addressing employee concerns.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in direct payment processing and compliance.
- A strong understanding of disabilities and a commitment to inclusivity.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage schedules effectively.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and other relevant tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with employees.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
