👥 Supporting the HR team with various tasks, including reward queries and salary changes.
📞 Handling employee inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
📋 Assisting with HR processes, such as onboarding and offboarding.
📧 Coordinating and maintaining HR documentation, both physically and digitally.
✨ The Profile We're Seeking: ✨
🔑 Prior experience in a similar HR Support role, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR processes, reward queries, and salary changes.
📚 Knowledge of HR policies and legislation, ensuring compliance within the company.
🧠 Attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
💡 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide outstanding customer service.
💪 Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working effectively as part of a team.
