As a HR System Analyst you will deputise for the HR Systems Manager, being proactive and solutions driven engaging with our wider colleague community and group systems team. You will be involved in supporting systems maintenance, ensuring data integrity and supporting the team with 2nd line escalations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deputise for the HR Systems Manager when required.
- Support system maintenance and updates throughout the business, including the release of upgrades to minimise impact and ensure successful engagement in new functionality or changes within processes
- Support the integration and maintenance of new systems and applications with other existing systems
- Using various methods, discover customer insights about their experiences to improve services, including managing the customer satisfaction survey.
- Work closely with our Global Operations team to troubleshoot and identify improvements for UK functionality.
- Maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and system security
- Support SMEs with annual cycles, such as Performance Reviews, Succession Planning, Bonus, Salary reviews, etc.
- Build and maintain an effective working relationship across the wider IT and HR teams across STARK Group.
This is a full-time hybrid position with on-site working required at our head office in Binley, Coventry.

Required Skills and Experience
- Strong service and solution focus is essential.
- Significant HR Systems experience is required. Workday experience would be extremely beneficial but open to other Systems experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present data in simple forms.
- Previous experience of supervising a team would be beneficial
