I have partnered with a well known education institution to support them on their HR systems journey.
I am looking for a HR Systems Manager who will lead the wider systems team to support with the smooth running and maintenance of existing HR systems, alongside their new upgrade.
The successful candidate will not only oversee the general system maintenance and running, but they will also be responsible for collaborating with other stakeholders to identify updates and improvements as necessary, and embark upon these.
The successful candidate will have:
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of maintenance and configuration of HR systems
- Experience managing a team
- An understanding of HR practices
- Experience providing HR systems guidance and analysis at a strategic level
