Job Title: HR Systems Support Analyst

Location: Bolton 

Flexibility: Office based role with 1 day a week from home

Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum 

Contract Type: Permanent 37.5 hours per week

About the Role

Could you be our next HR Systems Support Analyst?

Outcomes First Group is on the lookout for a professional and system-driven person to come and join our growing team as an HR Systems and Data Analyst. 

As our HR Systems Analyst, you will act as the first point of contact for all People system and data-related enquiries. You will provide an efficient and comprehensive system administration support and produce people matrix reports as and when required. This role will ensure thorough administration of the HR database and ensure all regulatory requirements are adhered to.   

To be successful in this role you will need: 

  • Experience actioning change requests in HRIS/Cascade.
  • Experience processing personal and contractual changes on HRIS/Cascade, and issue letters related to contractual changes as required in a timely and accurate manner. 
  • sickness/absence / unpaid leave experience
  • Maternity/Paternity and Adoption administration.

What we’re looking for: 

  • Experience as a systems administrator, HR administrator or similar role. 
  • Cascade/HRIS expertise 
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage a significant number of tasks with strict deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
  • Accurate with high attention to detail
  • Effective team member and able to provide cover for and support to other team members.
