HR Transformation Lead sought for an initial six month contract based in Birmingham.
The role reports to the Chief People Officer. This is a great opportunity for an innovative, technologically savvy, transformational change leader with deep experience in the HR space.
Objectives:
- Develop a Transformation Plan: Develop a transformation roadmap and project plan for HR transformation, covering both operational process and technology transformation, and culture revival.
- Implement a Transformation Roadmap: Ensure transformation initiatives are well planned, resourced and delivered on time, budget and to high quality.
- Continuous Improvement: Complete post-project retrospectives to gather lessons learned and ensure action is taken following feedback.
- Measure Outcomes: Work with the Culture and Analytics teams to gather data around benchmarks, baselines, outcomes, key results and employee sentiment changes related to each transformation initiative.
- Embed Change and Promote Adoption: Ensure each transformation initiative has a robust and well executed change management approach to lead to effective behavioural change and programme/tool adoption.
- Partner: With Transformation Leaders across the business to ensure transformation is thought through end-to-end. Also partners with People team key stakeholders, involving them in the transformation programmes as relevant, and the internal communications team.
- Work with the Chief People Officer: on the implementation of the functions' Target Operating Model, transformation vision, automation strategies, and the upskilling of the People function.
Competencies and Experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment supporting the delivery of global HR Transformation initiatives
- Programme Management experience, covering multiple, concurrent, high Visibility transformation programmes
- Experience implementing HR tools and systems, with experience incorporating AI and RPA preferred
- CIPD Level 7 qualification preferred
- Organisational Change Management experience, PROSCI qualification or equivalent preferred
- Experience in process mapping, re-engineering and continuous improvement
- Experience in specialist HR/People domain areas, including organisational design and development
- Strong analytical skillset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
