Do you enjoy being in the detail and can manage others to execute positive outcomes?  Our client is a scaling global tech business is seeking a talented HR Business Partner to be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple restructures to simplify and align their business.
This role is for an individual contributor , a facilitator and strong co-ordinator who is skilled at managing restructures with sound ER knowledge within large matrix organisations.
The role works with execs, senior leaders and key stakeholders to programme manage organisational change across multiple business units. 
The Role;
Plan for change by building a program of work, creating visibility across teams & locations.
Implement the change by coordinating the actions of the leadership teams end to end.
Create communication templates to enable clear concise messaging. 
Provide reporting and updates to management.
Knowledge/Experience & Skills Required;
A strategic thinker, with a deep and broad expertise in own specialism and a good knowledge of related disciplines.
Strong international experience resolving complex employee relation issues.
Be resilient and navigate through challenges to gain success
Attention to detail with strong organisational skills
Energy and drive to continuously improve and develop a scalable approach
