* Base salary £65-£75K with a £6K car allowance and 15% bonus
Oakleaf is proud to be partnering with a leading aviation business in their search for a HRBP for their Corporate Functions team. This role will partner the CFO and Senior Management Team to provide a fully generalist service.
What is the role?
Our client is looking for an experienced strategic HRBP to drive performance and to create a culture where people thrive. You will report into the Head of Business Partnering and deliver HR initiatives in line with the People Plan. Your most senior stakeholder will the CFO acting as sounding board, coach, and critical friend to them.
This is a true generalist role, and you should have experience in all aspects of the employee life cycle including recruitment, talent, organisational development, employee engagement and ER. You will work in collaboration with senior leaders, providing support, coaching and challenge.
Candidate profile
You will be an expert in your field bringing a well-developed HR toolbox with you. You will be commercially astute with a people centred approach using data to support your decisions. You will be inquisitive and keen to understand themes that arise when supporting your business areas, and look to drive performance by empowering your stakeholders, and by the initiatives you deliver. You will be an enabler.
You will be able to ensure that the organisational design is optimised to transform the way the business works, driving up performance by increasing efficiency and effectiveness and leading change where appropriate. You will understand the digital environment, the role of technology, and the impact it has on people and the people function. You will have experience working in Corporate Functions before and will have partnered and coached senior stakeholders.

Candidates who have completed a HR graduate scheme and can demonstrate impact in their subsequent roles are of particular interest to our client.
