The Successful Applicant
A successful HRBP should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or CIPD level 5/7 qualification
- Proven experience in a similar HR role within the industrial/manufacturing sector
- Sound knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
