We are helping an organisation find a HRIS Analyst to support the implementation of a new HRIS.
What you will be doing?
- Attend HR System training (PeopleXD) to learn how the new system will operate.
- Conduct process mapping exercises by documenting the new ways the HRIS/ Business will work, collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Working closely with the Learning Team to outline and support new training documentation
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvement initiatives, making necessary adjustments to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
Experience needed:
- Proven experience process modelling / process mapping using industry standard tools (i.e Visio)
- HRIS Experience (PeopleXD a massive benefit)
- Experience working in an HR Environment
- Experience of developing and implementing process improvement plans
- Experience of leading and facilitating workshops
