Job Description: We are looking for an experienced HRIS Project Manager to oversee a pivotal project for a period of 9 months, operating outside IR35. As the HRIS Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing the entire process, encompassing data migration, change communication, interface impact assessment, and organizational design.
Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within the specified timeframe.
- Data Migration and Change Communication: Spearhead the data migration process, collaborating with relevant stakeholders, and manage effective change communication strategies to facilitate a smooth transition.
- Interface Impact Assessment: Assess the impact on interfaces, focusing on linking the new HR system with existing dynamics and other systems. Oversee the integration with various applications to ensure seamless connectivity.
- Organizational Design: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand organizational requirements and implement necessary changes to optimize the HR system's functionality.
- System Update: Oversee the update of the existing HR system, ensuring that it meets the current needs of the organization. Facilitate the onboarding of the entire company onto the updated system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HRIS Project Manager, with a track record of successfully managing end-to-end HR system projects.
- Strong expertise in data migration and change communication strategies.
- Experience in assessing and managing the impact of system changes on interfaces and integrating HR systems with various applications.
- Knowledge of organizational design principles and the ability to implement changes accordingly.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with HR systems and technologies.
