Our Talent (HR) team is heavily expanding to support On's explosive growth and we are looking for new members to join our team. You will have the opportunity to help in shaping On's people agenda and ensure we continue to strengthen our culture. This role is for someone who strives for efficiency and getting things done, whilst continuously seeking new and improved ways of delivering an unforgettable experience to both candidates and hiring managers.
Your Mission
- You have experience working with Workday HCM Core, Compensation and Talent and are eager to contribute to the design and implementation of new solutions and improve overall experience for our stakeholders
- You will support with recurring projects (performance reviews, compensation cycle, etc.) as well as maintaining the current setup and manage change requests
- Ensure smooth running of our Workday environment by supporting our Team Members and Stakeholders (ticket management, training, release support, etc.)
- You quickly understand problems and are able to come up with solutions in a dynamic environment to support agile business processes design and configuration with teams at On and with our implementation partners
- Evaluate and take ownership on how processes, workflows and integrations can be optimized to ensure robust systems and actively look for chances to automate and improve
Your Story
- Min. 1 year experience in working with Workday
- You love to collaborate, have a can-do-attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset and have no problems in going beyond your usual scope if required
- You're a digital native and a quick learner
- You understand the importance of systems and how we can utilize them to improve the way we work
- Data-driven and analytical mindset - exploring a variety of sustainable ways of finding solutions

We, the Talent Technology team, are strongly invested in the Workday ecosystem and strive to challenge the status-quo, are entrepreneurs and innovators. Our high performing in-house team is covering the areas of Workday HCM, Absence, Learning, Talent, Time Tracking, Scheduling, PRISM and Extend and also support other systems within the Talent area such as Greenhouse or CultureAmp.
