Quality Compliance Team Leader

Location: Craigavon

Hours: 37.5 Hours per week

The Role

The role of the Quality Compliance Team Leader is to manage and develop a multi-disciplinary team (including releasing officers), responsible for ensuring the on-time delivery of activities related to QP Services (e.g. MAPS, Release for export, UK QP Verification and JTM) in accordance with customer expectations and regulatory requirements. This includes overseeing personnel, monitoring performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), addressing issues and invoice queries, ensuring timely completion of PQS indicators, providing feedback to team members, allocating and reallocating work to meet customer requirements, fostering a positive working environment, providing regular updates to management, reviewing completed documents and filing practices, promoting staff education and competency, resolving issues and escalating as needed, overseeing preparation for audits and inspections, maintaining good customer relationships, receiving and addressing customer queries and complaints, and promoting QP workshops and webinars to customers.

In addition to managing the team, the Quality Compliance Team Leader also plays a crucial role in customer service, ensuring professional communication, responding to queries and complaints in a timely manner, developing relationships with assigned customers, monitoring and resolving issues, attending meetings to provide high-quality customer service, and promoting QP workshops and webinars to customers.

Overall, this role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, attention to detail, customer focus, and the ability to effectively manage a team to meet regulatory demands and deliver excellent service to customers.

Key Requirements

  • Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, employment in the UK
  • Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) OR significant supervisory experience
  • Experience in a Quality, Regulatory or Manufacturing role

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience of team management or supervision or significant mentoring and coaching experience
  • Experience in a customer facing role

Further Information

This role is based on a full flex working pattern of 06:00 – 22:00 with a minimum 5 hours per day. This role will also be eligible for hybrid working following the successful completion of probation.
