An exciting opportunity has arisen within our HR team for an enthusiastic, passionate and customer focused person with a positive, ‘can do’ attitude. Supporting the HR team reporting to one of the three HR Business Partners, you will provide professional HR support, and the provision of generalist HR advice and guidance with a specialism in organisational development.

You will have previous experience of providing HR and OD advice and guidance in a fast-paced HR environment with high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a customer focussed approach interpreting current policy and procedures and providing guidance to managers as appropriate. Duties will vary and will include involvement in our ambitious strategic plans delivering on OD project work.

The ability to deal with confidential information with discretion and professionalism is essential.

You will be joining a focused and passionate team where you’ll put people at the heart of everything you do. You should be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of HR practice and employment law and hold a relevant degree-level qualification. Ideally you should be an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Based on you working 36 hours over 52 weeks per year the minimum actual salary for this position is £31,633.60 per annum.
