Description
As the HSE Consultant you will be responsible for:
- Develop/write robust health, safety and environmental policies.
- Provide health and safety training to staff.
- Work closely with the engineering and manufacturing departments to develop and implement standards.
- Stay up-to-date with latest HSE laws and regulations.
Profile
A successful HSE Consultant should have:
- Worked in a similar role, writing policies, within the FMCG manufacturing industry - ESSENTIAL.
- Knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and procedures - ESSENTIAL.
- IOSH and/or NEBOSH qualification - ESSENTIAL
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - ESSENTIAL
- Ability to conduct training and presentations on health and safety matters - ESSENTIAL.
- Worked in the chemical industry - HIGHLY DESIRABLE
