HSE Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HSE Officer to join our client's safety team. The company develops specialised military solutions for a global customer base.

In this crucial role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Develop and deliver engaging safety training across the organization
- Compile safety documentation and reference materials
- Provide expert HSE advice and lead solutions
- Conduct safety planning and requirements
- Support overall site health and safety objectives

The Ideal Candidate Has:

- Strong safety/environmental experience and working knowledge of HSE regulations
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Sharp analytical skills to interpret technical issues
- Proactive approach and ability to motivate teams
- Organized and able to prioritize deadlines
- Relevant HSE qualification (NEBOSH, etc.) a plus
