    Compliance Administrator

    Your Mission:


    As a Compliance Coordinator, you'll do more than just handle enquiries and questionnaires. You'll be a key player in enhancing customer satisfaction, collaborating closely with our client's commercial business teams and global regulatory questionnaire center. Your work will lay the foundation for stronger relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal colleagues, ultimately driving continual improvement and innovation.


    What You'll Do:



    • Assess and complete quality & regulatory customer enquiries and questionnaires with precision and attention to detail.

    • Collaborate with commercial business teams to foster enhanced customer satisfaction and build robust document management resources.

    • Forge strong and effective relationships across multiple market sectors, including Food & Nutrition, Pharmaceutical, Personal Care, and Industrial.

    • Support the HSEQR Manager in executing strategic initiatives encompassing regulatory compliance, risk management, quality management, environmental management, and sustainability.


    Who We're Looking For:



    • A professional with a customer-focused mindset and a meticulous attention to detail.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and experience with Sales force CRM.

    • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

    • Strong organisational and time management abilities.

    • Previous experience in managing regulatory, quality, and/or sustainability requirements preferred.

    • Experience in highly regulated industries such as Food & Nutrition, Health care, Pharmaceutical, Personal Care, or Industrial is advantageous.

    • Background in distribution, sales, or marketing is a plus.
