Whether it’s saluting the sun in the morning with riverfront yoga or toasting the night with a magical cocktail we are building a playground for the senses!MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESProvide visible leadership and influence across Fulham FC operations with tangible impacts upon HSEQ / Food Safety culture and performance.Quickly establish credibility with a dynamic approach for solving complex problems, being a team player and developing innovative solutions to drive HSEQ / Food Safety culture and performance in a client-facing role.Ensure alignment of venue HSEQ / Food Safety risk management, culture and performance with Sodexo Live! strategy and planning.Adopt a holistic approach to venue operations to prioritise interventions for maximum benefit. Effectively contribute to all Sodexo Live! and UK&I Regional deliverables including developing a Zero Harm Mindset, meeting (or exceeding) near miss ratios and lost time incident rate (LTIR) reductions rate etc.  Prepare and maintain the venue HSEQ / Food Safety risk profile. Support the venue across multiple operating models including hospitality, retail, matchday, food concessions, training ground and event management.Proactively contribute to venue decision-making processes with through insights and Risk / HSEQ / Food Safety intelligence. Produce high quality reports and Quick Shares etc. to ensure learning.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE You will be an expert in health, safety, environment and quality.  You will be energetic, agile and adaptable with strong leadership and motivational skills. Knowledge and passion for the hospitality  and events industry is a must as is the ability thrive in a fast paced challenging environment.  You will have the ability to influence people and the enthusiasm and expertise to drive our safety culture to the optimum standard. You will also have: A quality focus with strong analytical skills.Familiarity with a wide range of management systems e.g. ISO45001, ISO14001, HACCP.Demonstrated use of HSEQ / Food Safety software packages (and Microsoft).Detailed knowledge of legislation e.g.  H&S, food safety.NEBOSH National H&S Diploma or NVQ Level 4 or above.Intermediate Food Hygiene (Level 3) or above.Multimedia communication skills.The ability to solve complex problems.Desirable Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner, Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner or similar.Environmental management experience and/or qualification.Logistics experience. WHAT WE OFFERYou will be rewarded with a salary of between £40,000-£50,000 plus access to a range of excellent benefits, including a performance-related bonus, employer pension contribution and life assurance.For more information on all the great benefits Sodexo offer to support you and your loved ones, check out the attached Benefits Guide at the bottom of this advert!By joining Sodexo Live!, you will be part of something greater, working in an environment that fosters innovation and supports your professional growth. We’re experience makers and food fanatics.
