SALARY UP TO £30,000 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
Our client a leading supplier of rail infrastructure including Civil Engineering, Communications, Permanent Way, alongside Civil Engineering & Building projects within the Rail Sector. They require an experienced HSQE Coordinator to join their busy team based in Perivale.
Responsible to the HSQE Director:
- Keeping IMS workbook document links up to date.
- Keeping Construction line and RISQS Portal up to date.
- Document administrator for all HSQE system documentation- ensuring all changes are logged and files updated in both systems and hard copy.
- Keeping the company document control register up to date.
- Completing PQQ.
- Issuing HSQE communications/Briefs and keeping log of returns.
- Keep Audit/Incident/Accident trackers up to date - that all items raised are being closed.
- Issuing and managing the returns for Employee DSE Risk Assessments.
- Maintaining customer surveys & public feedback register.
- Updating all due Memberships/Certification when due and posting required certs on the notice board.
- Updating Monthly report with required graphs/information.
- Carry out the role of Fire Warden.
- Assisting with carrying out new starter inductions.
- Filing HSQE Invoices in Share point.
- Promote the Company’s Values and PALs Behavioural Based Safety programme in all aspects of your role with the Company.
Competence Requirements:
- Internal auditing and NEBOSH General Certificate.
