Hours:35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, weekly onsite presence required with the expectation to be flexible depending on business needsClosing Date:Thu, 1 Feb 2024We are recruiting for an incredibly exciting role; a Specialist to drive, facilitate and deliver change across our homes business. You’d be working on both local, smaller changes to improve the day to day experiences for our colleagues and customers as well as the larger changes delivered through the Society’s change hubs.There will be a key focus on improving journeys for both customers and colleagues, removing those pain points and really making a difference. u take the next step towards a better future.You will be joining the Homes business who delivered the innovative Track Record Mortgage last year and has a mission to help more people into their homes, particularly First Time Buyers. This role works alongside the Customer Contact teams Advice and Operations. The core role is to facilitate and drive change across our homes business and to customer journeys.
