As a Hub leader, you'll be at the heart of our dynamic sales team, playing a vital role in driving success through supportive coaching and training for our field sales agents. In this role, you're not only actively engaged in sales activities but also devote a significant portion of your time to coaching and mentoring our agents. Your primary objective is to assist sales agents in achieving and surpassing their daily sales targets, all while enhancing their sales skills and capabilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing essential fields accomp documents ensuring and adherence to company standards and expectations

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • With sales agents during their activities to observe their sales techniques providing real-time feedback & coaching.
  • Conduct regular one to one coaching sessions with agents to identify called structure gaps & areas for improvement creating action plan for skill enhancement.
  • Continuously monitor & evaluate agent progress adjusting coaching strategies as necessary to maximize performance.
  • Collaborate with Hub Leaders and agents to develop strategies, tactics and sales pitches to help them achieve and exceed their daily sales targets.
  • Share best practice is an industry insight to enhance agent's product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Complete field accomplishments documents including vehicle safety checklist, FMQC & Coaching & Feedback forms for each a compliment field visit.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate true and submitted in a timely fashion.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of company standards expectations and policies particularly regarding daily KPI's working hours KPI reporting and sales quality.
  • Serve as a role model for exemplary conduct and performance setting a high standard for other field sales agents to follow.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate true & submitted in a timely fashion

Qualifications Required:

  • Proven experience in sales coaching or training roles.
  • In-depth understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and documentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with GDPR regulations and commitment to compliance.
  • Motivated, results-oriented, and able to inspire and drive performance improvement.
