About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR coordinator to join our HR team on a full time basis. You will play a key role within a busy environment, providing an efficient and professional service to managers and staff at InFocus. Working in collaboration with the HR team, you will provide vital support to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department. You will support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, be the main point of contact for colleagues, resolving queries and giving guidance on a range of HR issues, assisting with projects and initiatives, and manage all day to day operational HR activities. Therefore, a high level of customer service is essential for this role.
We are a small HR team, and so, there will be lots of opportunity for you to get involved in a wide variety of HR activities. Every day will bring a new challenge!
