Can you be that difference? We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated HR professional to join the team, with the role developed to support the Director of People and Wellbeing in the delivery of an effective and service-driven HR function, with key accountabilities being: -
Day-to-day management of the HR team
Management of generalist HR matters including designated ER case-load,
Supporting the implementation of HR projects designed to support the delivery of HR strategic objectives, and
Oversee the implementation and delivery of the EDI workforce services
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a proven generalist HR background, with line-management / supervisory experience, alongside confidence in managing complex and sensitive employee relation matters, demonstrable experience of managing end-to-end recruitment and talent management activities, and able to display capability of delivering HR projects designed to support the achievement of wider organisational objectives and enhance the overall employee experience.
To be successful in this role, candidates will need an agile outlook and be eager to rise to the challenge of a varied and fast-paced workload. Be in possession of excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to establish and maintain effective work relationships. Confident in discussing sensitive matters and supporting decision-making and problem solving, with the ability to convey information clearly and communicate difficult decisions appropriately. Also key to all our appointments is the ability for candidates to demonstrate St Luke’s values and be hard-working, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
