• HVAC Supervisor will be client facing and hold good communication skills
• HVAC Supervisor will be identifying where work needs to be done and delegating correctly
• HVAC Supervisor will support the engineers with personal development where needeD.

Requirements for the HVAC Ducting Supervisor:

• HVAC Supervisor will need to have a in depth understanding of HVAC systems)
• HVAC Supervisor will have experience overseeing a team
• HVAC Supervisor will be in genuine commutable distance to Oxford
