SalaryWe're currently recruiting a dedicated HVAC Engineer to join our team at Warwickshire County Cricket Club in Birmingham.
The successful post-holder will be responsible for providing service, maintenance, fault finding repair on all HVAC related plant and equipment throughout the venue.
Commitment to customer care, working collaboratively with colleagues, clients & customers is at the heart of what we do every day. We'll look to you to carry out reactive callouts on all associated HVAC equipment, general fault finding and repairs to HVAC assets and services. You will also be required to maintain up to date records of all work carried out on plant and equipment.
Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Carry out routine repairs and PPM to all HVAC related plant and equipment throughout the venue.
- Oversee the BMS operation and ensure schedules are planned in a timely manner.
- Monitor meter readings and look to reduce energy costs.
- Assist and liaise with specialist contractors
- Take responsibility for ensuring that plant and equipment is maintained and fit for purpose
- Uses own knowledge and experience to suggest workable solutions to unexpected situations
About you
- F Gas (Category 1) qualification with strong maintenance background essential.
- Level 2 AC & Refrigeration or any other building services related qualifications would be ideal.
- City and Guilds 18th Edition desirable
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Experience working on AHU’s
- Working knowledge of Building Management Systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems
- Able to meet Client/Event demands
- Flexibility to working hours including evening, weekends and public holidays as required.
- Must be a self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude.
