HVAC Engineer - North West London

My client are an M&E Contractor who turnover about £10million a year.
Based out of their Essex Office, they employ 26 engineers across the business.
The main bulk of their works is Local Authority Frame works, Capital Projects, Housing Associations & Social Housing.
THE JOB - HVAC Engineer
Monday – Friday / 8am – 5pm
Ideally based in the NW or around Heathrow area.
Working on a Council Contract in NW London. Looking after 60 buildings which are a mix of commercial & residential.
Looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer with FGAS Certification.
The works will revolve around The Servicing, Maintenance and Repair of Ventilation, Air Handling and Air conditioning Unitswithin both, commercial and domestic properties.

• Installing, testing, and commissioning HVAC equipment – Splits, Multi-splits, VRVs, VRFs, Ventilation.
• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on existing systems.
• Ensuring Compliance with industry regulations, safety standards and environmental guidelines.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Conducting Site surveys to assess heating and cooling requirements.
• Working on the design of HVAC systems based on project specifications and industry standards.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ Years of Proven Experience as an HVAC Engineer with expertise in Installation and maintenance.
• F GAS Certification Mandatory
• Strong knowledge of HVAC Systems, components, and controls.
• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Heating and Ventilation or equivalent.
• Electrical proficiency desirable.

 SALARY & PACKAGE

• Up to £45,000
• Van & Fuel Card
