I am recruiting on behalf of my client, a reputable manufacturer in the HVAC space based in the West Midlands. They are seeking a dedicated HVAC Field Engineer to join their team. Here’s why you’ll love this role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation & Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in various projects, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Inspections & Troubleshooting: Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary repairs or replacements to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to coordinate project activities and meet deadlines.
- Guidance: Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and apprentices.
- Compliance: Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in HVAC engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as an HVAC engineer, preferably in the construction industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Teamwork: Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Driving License: Full driving license required.

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday.
