Location: Manchester, UK Type: Full-time, Permanent

Role Overview:

Cosaf Environments Ltd, a thriving HVAC specialist in Manchester, seeks a skilled Technical Sales Engineer. This role, crucial due to our industrial division's growth, will enhance our client services across the UK.

Expanded Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their specific HVAC needs.

Conduct site visits and assessments to determine client requirements and offer bespoke HVAC solutions.

Prepare detailed technical proposals, budgets, and quotations, ensuring they align with client expectations and project constraints.

Play an active role in the entire sales process, from initial client engagement to closing deals and after-sales support.

Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness of proposed solutions.

Stay abreast of the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends to provide clients with innovative solutions.

Participate in networking events to build brand presence and generate new business opportunities along with the Cosaf sales team.

Manage multiple project tenders simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Provide regular performance reports and forecasts to management, highlighting challenges, opportunities, and market trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Technical Sales within the HVAC industry. Training can be provided for bespoke technologies that Cosaf utilise.

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including design, functionality, and installation processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Aptitude for problem-solving and providing cost-effective solutions.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Proficient in using CRM and sales management software.

Willingness to travel extensively across the UK for client meetings and site visits.
