This Employment Solicitor role sits within a team that is recognised in the Legal 500 as one of the leading employment teams in the West Midlands.
The role
You will join a small but reputable team working alongside the head of department, handling your own caseload of employment matters, largely unsupervised. Work will cover:
- Settlement Agreements
- Employment Tribunal Work, Equality and Discrimination
- Unfair/Wrongful Dismissal
- Disciplinary and Grievance
- TUPE, Maternity/Paternity, and Redundancy
About you
To be considered for this Employment Solicitor role you must have at least 5 years’ PQE along with the desire and motivation to get involved in the networking and business development of the department. You should live within a 40-minute drive of the firms Tamworth office with the ability to undertake work for both companies and individuals.
