SalaryOur client is a traditional private practice law firm working with clients in Banbury and locally in Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire and Warwickshire, and is seeking an experienced Property Solicitor or ILEX with Residential Property experience to join the firm.
The work will include:
- Buying and selling Commercial freehold property
- Commercial leases
- Option Agreements
- Advising on your rights under your existing lease – renewing, assigning, sub-letting and rent reviews
The role offers the right candidate flexibility and is part-time.
You will be joining a team of 3 other fee earners plus full-time secretarial support.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years PQE.
Salary is up to £45000 – £50000 dependent on experience.
