Hybrid Resourcing Advisor

Your new role
Working as part of a wider HR team, you will be the stand-alone Recruitment / Resourcing Advisor for this public sector organisation. Managing the end to end recruitment process, you will be engaging with stakeholders to understand their role requirements and recommending resourcing solutions. You will oversee both direct and agency recruitment, with a focus on delivering the best solution to your client group.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who has overseen the full end-to-end recruitment process. You will need excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders.
