Our client designs, manufactures and supplies engineering equipment across a range of sectors and industries. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and market-leading organisation, which takes pride in their technical abilities and forward-thinking approach. As Hydraulic Engineer you will be part of a team manufacturing and building a variety of components, and responsibilities may include:
- Ensuring work is completed in line with specifications and requirements.
- Carrying out testing of equipment and components.
- Maintaining good housekeeping of the workshop and work areas.
- Communicating and working as part of a team.
The Salary:
Up to £35,000 per annum (with further flexibility dependant on experience).
The Hours:
8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday.
8.30am to 4.30pm, Friday.
While most duties will be carried out onsite, occasional site visits may be required.
About You:
You will have approximately 5 or more years’ experience in a similar role, and will have a strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, such as presses, pumps, valves and controls. With confident technical skills and knowledge, you will be able to work well as part of a dedicated team and share in our client’s commitment to high standards. You will have an organised and ‘can do’ approach, will be able to effectively balance priorities, and will be able to build strong professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
