Ice Manufacturing Operative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Associate to join our team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the production process, operating machinery, and ensuring the quality of the final product. This has the ability to become a full-time position as the business progresses, as you would be joining a company with the ability to grow exponentially as demand and customer base expands. You must be able to work in a cold environment. Warm clothing will be provided, and frequent breaks provided to ensure health and well being.

A full driving license is necessary due to work location

Responsibilities:
- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality control
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
