Full Time - 35 Hours Per Week

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to join the International Centre for Mathematical Sciences to support the delivery of high-profile international events. This post presents an excellent opportunity for someone to develop their career in the fields of audio-visual and Digital Media delivery.

The Opportunity:

This varied role presents the postholder with the opportunity to support and enhance the way the Centre communicates and delivers its large portfolio of events. There are opportunities for you to be creative and innovative as part of the vibrant and engaging culture at ICMS.

This post is full-time (35 hours per week) and fully campus based.

Your skills and attributes for success:

• You should have the ability and initiative to plan work to ensure effective service delivery, resolving conflicting timescales and priorities independently and exercise judgement and discretion to resolve issues in a transparent and consistent manner;
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral, including experience of working in a customer-facing role;
• Proficient in the use of AV and video conferencing systems and delivery of events;
• Experience of editing webpages
• Ability to create content for webpages and media campaigns
• Experience of working in a computing support role, and an understanding of operating systems and hardware configuration.
