Identity Access Management (IAM) Technical Team Lead- Manchester/Hybrid - c£60,000 - £70,000 + bonus.

We are working with our client, a professional services organisation with offices Globally who are looking to add a Technical Supervisor to lead their Identity Access Management team. With global revenue in excess of $5bn, you will join be joining a market-leading organisation in the heart of Manchester.

You will be key to this teams ongoing growth, taking responsibility for supervising the day-to-day operations of a cross-border IAM team, whose remit includes handling access requests and reviews, requests for audit and privacy evidence and compliance tasks.

You will ideally come from a professional services or large-scale formal corporate environment with a technical background and experience working within Identity Access Management, you must have experience of supervising and leading a team within this area.

This organisation are in the early stages of transitioning over to a new IAM platform (SailPoint), giving you the opportunity to be trained with this tool (no previous SailPoint experience required). In addition to this, you will also play a pivotal role in helping design the reporting and reviewing processes within the new system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervising the day-to-day functions of the department; developing plans, organising electronic files, and assuming responsibility for the completion of department projects.
• Working closely with other members of Technology, to advise Identity and Access Management capabilities and ensuring identity governance tools communicate correctly with various systems.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance the Identity Access Management program by utilising a thorough understanding of information management, security, identity, and privacy principles.
• Understanding the organisations systems and software tools; acting as a resource regarding various information governance questions for staff, attorneys, and other users.
