Your new company
The Client is a M&E Consultancy based in Central London, headed up by an experienced M&E Professional. The company is looking to expand and grow over the next year, with a focus on the sustainability side of operations.
Your new role

• Use IES-VE software to model and simulate building energy performance for a variety of projects
• Carry out commercial EPC studies and ESOS assessments
• Work closely with clients to provide accurate reports. Identify opportunities to improve building energy performance and suggest design solutions to clients
• Prepare reports and presentations on modelling results and design solutions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, software updates and best practices in energy modelling

What you\'ll need to succeed

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IES-VE
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and energy efficiency practices
• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields
• Qualified to perform commercial EPC and ESOS assessments
