The salary range for an IFA Administrator is £25,000 - £30,000 and free parking

As an IFA Administrator, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to our holistic financial planning approach. Your primary responsibilities will involve noncomplex paraplanning activities and Administration duties, providing crucial support to our advisers as they guide clients through various financial decisions. Your meticulous attention to detail and dedication to accuracy will be essential in ensuring comprehensive support for our advisers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to ensure accuracy and completeness in client support.
• Assist in researching financial products and staying informed about industry trends.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the advisory process.
• Dealing with client and Provider queries.
• Organisation of client review meetings,
• Investment report writing, Post review report writing,
• Preparing all required documentation for client meetings.
• Ensuring all New Business requirements are met for both compliance and the various Providers
