IFA Administrator

This IFA Administrator job provides opportunity for an experienced individual to join a growing financial planning firm, that supports career progression

As an IFA Administrator, you will be actively providing support to the team of busy Financial Advisers and Client Support Associates, to assist them in completing their daily duties. Your responsibilities will include:

• Actioning daily tasks through identifying what’s required, what’s outstanding and working with the Advisers, other team members to complete these items
• Supporting the team to have the required information to be able to conduct client meetings, prepare reviews and post meeting documentation
• Process new business accurately
• Deal with client and provider correspondence
• Preparing and maintaining detailed client files and records
• Provide regular updates to the Financial Advisers on the progress of cases
• Input all client information within agreed timescales

IFA Administrator Requirements

• You should have experience of working within a financial planning firm
• You should have good knowledge of the financial advice process and administrative tasks required
• Individuals working towards Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning would be preferred

IFA Administrator Benefits

• Salary of £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience and qualifications
• Plus 25 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off and post probation, DIS, private medical insurance and auto-enrolment pension
• 9am - 5pm, Monday to Thursday and 9am - 3pm Friday
• Office based with discussion for WFH arrangement post probation
