This firm is directly authorised and specialise in providing advice in pensions, investments and tax planning where hourly charging means giving clients totally impartial advice, with no agenda to gather assets under management.
They are now in a position to appoint a IFA Administrator to join its established team.
Whether you are a Finance Graduate or a Professional looking to expand on your existing experience, this role will be centered around providing administrative support to the financial consultants within the firm to help maintain existing relationships whilst helping to develop new opportunities

The Role:
- Supporting advisers and paraplanners with administration duties
- Submitting new business applications and tracking the progress of these
- Liaising with clients and dealing with ad-hoc requests and queries
- Processing policy amendments such as fund switches, withdrawals, top-ups etc
- Taking pride in delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Prepare valuations and organise client review packs in line with the company review process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience of working within the financial services industry within an administration role is preferred
- Working towards your Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or hold a relevant Degree
- Attention to detail and the ability to solve tasks.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
- Confident communication skills and comfortable dealing with clients, providers and management.
- Absolute commitment to providing excellent customer service at all times.
