My client are am independent wealth planning firm in Reigate who offer whole of market financial advice to HNW retirees, accumulators, local families and SME owners based across Surrey, Sussex, Kent and London. In their current setup they manage the affairs of 230 families with assets ranging from £100k - £5m with £500k being their average case. The business offers advice on pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, retirement planning, protections (both personal and business) and some esoteric schemes such as VTC & EIS schemes. They have a big emphasis on intergenerational wealth planning and work with every level of a family to ensure their financial legacy is kept in tact. They generate new business organically through recommendation and referral as well as working with professional introducers.
The business places exceptional client service and satisfaction at the top of their priorities with a very high rate of client retention with some relations stretching back over 20 years. The Advisers are supported by a highly experienced team of pooled Administrators & Trainee Advisers who are actively encouraged to progress and develop as both professionals and individuals via ongoing CPD and industry exams.
The Directors are creating a brand-new role for an IFA Administrator to be based in the Reigate office supporting a team of 2 Chartered Financial Advisers. This is an entry level role where you will be responsible for end to end administration, creating meeting packs, contacting clients and providers, drafting all correspondence on behalf of the advisers and any ad hoc support to aid the advisers' duties. Cultural fit will be vital for management so a good attitude, a willingness to learn and contribute to a growing business will be key. You will benefit from £25k - £26k basic salary + bonuses and a full study support package for industry exams you undertake.
