- Client liaison and management - meetings, fact-finds, onboarding, preparing for annual reviews, liaison on behalf of an advisor
- Monitoring compliance and risk management - fulfilling processes such as AML
- Preparing technical documentation - market reviews, suitability letters, product reports, transactions
- Supplier / provider liaison - products; updating systems etc
