Job description

We are currently recruiting for an IFM Co-Ordinator, to join the team at Macclesfield. The successful candidate will support the Administration & Commercial Manager in delivering a proactive administration model to support the development of the contract across all services.  

Knowledge, Skills & Experience 

Essential 


PC literate with experience in Microsoft office applications including Outlook/word/excel 
Ability to work within tight deadlines 
Excellent organisational & communication skills 
Experience working in a confidential environment 
Flexible and willing to adapt to changing business needs. 


Desirable 


Have an understanding of the customer business operations for their area and have an understanding of the operating model of the AZ business. 
Have a strong customer service background 
Knowledge & experience of SAP MM/Eprophit/UDC
