Job description

Job Title: ILR and Funding Manager
Hours: Part-time, working 4 days a week
Salary: Band 5 - £36,024 to £40,521 per annum pro rata
About the Post
You will manage the production of the Individualised Learner Record (ILR) return. You will be expected to have thorough knowledge and experience in the production and submission of this return including the data collection from students, data quality checking, ILR coding and production of the final file. It is essential for you to be able to form good working relationships both internally and externally and be committed to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of any changes to the ESFA funding rules and returns.
You should be highly analytical with experience of working with large data sets including the reconciliation and comparison of data and information.

The Apprenticeship team provide an opportunity for the University to offer employers-focused education to boost business performance and provide work-based learning opportunities as part of the University’s portfolio. The University has an ambitious 5-year growth plan and a number of exciting new projects which include the launch of a Centre of Excellence for health apprenticeships and working with Sizewell C to develop its workforce delivery strategy. 
About You 
You will be a skilled individual with experience of working in the apprenticeship sector to produce the statutory Skills Funding Agency returns for the University of Suffolk to support our Higher and Degree Apprenticeship provision. 
You should be highly analytical with experience of working with large data sets including the reconciliation and comparison of data and information.
