Form of workImmediate Opportunity: Staff Nurse (Care Home) in Glasgow
Health care nurses wanted for multiple Care Home positions.
Primary Duties:
- Deliver superior nursing care and assistance to Care Home residents
- Oversee medication management and ensure its safe administration in line with NMC guidelines
- Formulate and execute personalised care plans
- Adhere to legal, regulatory, and best practice standards
- Lead and guide Care Home staff members
- Ensure a secure, nurturing, and stable environment for residents
- Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure seamless operations of the Care Home
Qualifications:
- Valid NMC registration
- Relevant nursing degree or certification
- Nursing experience, ideally within a Care Home environment
- Compassionate, caring, and empathetic demeanor
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
