Nexus People are actively seeking Warehouse Operatives to join this busy team based in Wellingborough, for our client who are a leading fashion retailer based at this state of the art distribution centre in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity to join this warehousing team, and get your foot on the logistics career ladder. With an abundance of Temp to Perm roles available, this could be just thejob for you!
What does working as a Warehouse Operative entail?
- Light picking and packing (this is a clothing & accessories warehouse)
- Loading and Unloading in the warehouse
- Working in a clean, light warehouse environment
- Other general warehouse duties as and when required
Shift times and pay rates for a Warehouse Operative:
- Fixed hours! – No rotational shifts
- 06:00-14:00
- 14:00-22:00
- 22:00-18:00
**Overtime is available after 37.5 hours at an increased pay rate!
As stated, you donotneed to have previous experience working within a Warehouse for this role – full warehouse training will be given when you start, and there is plenty of room for progression with both our client and also with us at Nexus People!
