They work with a broad client base and successfully manage both business and personal immigration matters.
You will join a very experienced team and will have your own caseload from the get go. You may be beginning your career or you may be someone who is more experienced looking for progression in your career.
You will work closely with the Head of Department and will provide advice and guidance to clients in relation to immigration and asylum matters.
You must have previous proven experience in managing the above from start to finish, have a thorough knowledge of SLAB, be comfortable and confident attending Tribunal and Court of Session hearings and have the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues and other associated parties.
Additionally you will be involved with supporting your colleagues and mentoring less experienced team members and be happy to participate in business development activities.
