Implementation Consultant Nottingham

Looking for a highly motivated Project Delivery/Implementation Consultant to join our team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently, implementing the inspHire product suite via on-site and remote sessions. If you're passionate about IT and delivery, with hands-on consultancy experience and some technical expertise (SQL, etc.), this is the role for you!

What makes this role unique is the focus on training. You'll be responsible for training customers both on-site and remotely, ensuring they have the skills they need to get the most out of the inspHire product suite. In addition to training, you'll be managing multiple projects simultaneously, varying in scope and size, and overseeing the full implementation life cycle of the inspHire product suite. The ideal candidate should be able to handle a fast-paced environment with ease and have excellent communication skills to manage client expectations and resolve conflicts. You should also have a great problem-solving ability and attention to detail to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects within given timelines, escalating if slippage occurs.
• Train customers both on-site and remotely to ensure they have the skills needed to use the inspHire product suite effectively.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, varying in scope and size.
• Oversee the full implementation life cycle of the inspHire product suite.
• Conduct project kick-off meetings and monitor project activity and status.
• Manage and document delivery risks and issues, escalating as needed.
• Use the correct tools and processes to ensure project success.

Key Requirements:

Essential:

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Demonstrable experience in project management and implementation.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in all aspects of the project life cycle.
• Full driving license required.

Desirable:

• Understanding of ERP systems and their delivery (any software implementation is great).
• Evidence of good standalone implementation experience, even if you've had experience in a PM role.
• Exposure to SQL Server databases and Crystal Reports or similar.
• Commercially aware.
• Forward-thinking and proactive nature
