Develop processes to introduce new programs or systems into the workplace effectively
• Clarify goals and develop an implementation strategy that will help drive the project to a success
• Customise solution integration strategies and account for implementation resources, time and training needs to best support the teams.
• Collaborate directly with project managers and business leaders to meet implementation goals
• Develop strategic roadmap for implementing new technologies
• Handle project related queries from implementers and facilitate ad hoc requests for migration information
• Actively participate in meetings, forums and provision of cover for the team during periods of need
• Develop and execute the migration strategy, plan and schedule
• Manage the budget, quality and risks
Skills / Experience:
• At lead 5+ years’ experience working within an implementation or migration role
• Experience within project management
• Experience working within Digital Transformation
• Experience working within financial services
• Clear communicator
• Ability to work well with all levels of staff; strong stakeholder management experience
• Confident working within an Agile working environment
